A Hearing Friday May Decide the Future of Net Neutrality | WIRED

Most people do not know what Net Neutrality is… Net neutrality is the principle that Internet service providers should treat all data equally and not discriminate or charge differently based on user, content, website, platform, application, type of equipment, or method of communication.

NET NEUTRALITY ADVOCATES are heading to court Friday for what may be their best chance to restore federal regulations banning broadband providers from blocking, throttling, or otherwise discriminating against lawful content.
